Carrier Pre Selection (Least Cost Routing)
CPS or Carrier Pre-Selection is an indirect voice service that enables the routing of telephone calls via the Infinity Network. We place an order with BT and their engineers reprogram at the customer's local exchange. This service is available free of charge and keeps calls slipping through the BT network to an absolute minimum.
Line Installations and Rentals
With Infinity you can order new line installations for your business. By working in close partnership with Openreach you can be assured that all line orders placed with Infinity are treated in the same manner as BT Retail, including identical lead times and quality of service.
